1. Who we are

MATRIX HEALTH (the "Service") is operated by LEDTIME SOFTWARE PRO Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus, with its registered office at Chytron 12, Block B, Office 305, 1075, Nicosia, Cyprus.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Service, creating an account, or signing in with Google, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are younger, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Health disclaimer

The Service provides general wellness and exercise information, including isometric and dynamic exercises, stretching, taping and other recovery methods. It is intended for information and self-care purposes only.

The Service is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not replace consultation with a qualified doctor or physiotherapist.

Always consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme, especially if you have an injury, a chronic condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from surgery. Stop immediately and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

You use the exercises and recovery methods at your own risk.

4. Your account

You may use the Service without an account, in which case your data stays on your device. If you sign in with Google, your training history and settings are stored in our cloud so they are available on all your devices.

You are responsible for keeping access to your Google account secure and for all activity carried out through your account.

You may delete your account and associated data at any time from your profile screen.

5. Reviews and user content

Users with an active Premium subscription may publish reviews and ratings. You keep ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it inside the Service.

You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, misleading, defamatory, discriminatory, spam, advertising, or that contains other people's personal or medical data.

Administrators and moderators may edit, hide or delete content that breaches these Terms, and may suspend accounts that repeatedly do so.

6. Specialist status

Users may request confirmation of specialist status. Displaying a specialty in a profile does not constitute certification, endorsement or verification of professional qualifications by us, and we are not responsible for advice exchanged between users.

7. Premium subscription

Some features are available only with a paid Premium subscription. Prices, billing periods and available features are shown in the Service before purchase and may change with prior notice.

Unless required by applicable consumer law, payments already made are non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to interfere with the Service, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, copy or scrape its content at scale, resell access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

9. Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Service belong to LEDTIME SOFTWARE PRO Ltd or its licensors. This includes, without limitation: the MATRIX HEALTH name and logo; all texts, exercise descriptions, instructions and translations; all illustrations, images and other visual materials, including those produced with the help of AI tools; the selection, structure and arrangement of the exercise and recovery database; and the software, source code, interface and design of the Service.

Without our prior written permission you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Service, nor systematically download or scrape its content, nor use it to train, fine-tune or evaluate artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-commercial right to use the Service and its content for your own wellness purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Third-party names, trademarks and logos mentioned in the Service (for example Google) remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the Service. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any injury, health consequences, loss of data, loss of profit, or indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer rights.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
